what is MEMECore?
The Metadata Expression of Meme-like Entities Core element set (MEMECore) is a lightweight, flexible, extensible metadata application profile built on Dublin Core standards (DC Elements and DCMI Metadata Terms) to create descriptions of memes, viral content, and other shareable/transmitted cultural concepts and phenomena.
