Special Topic: Linked Data

The course covers the concepts and major proficiencies related to the practices and technologies of Linked
Data, introduces key technologies that support Linked Data, and provides hands-on practices in producing
and interacting with RDF data models, vocabularies, and datasets. Issues and practices related to the
implementation of Linked Open Data (LOD), LOD approaches used in existing applications and websites, and
the impact of LOD on data exchange and information discovery are analyzed and discussed in the course.
